Garbage Routes are Changing

Posted by Seth Duncan Monday, February 27, 2017 3:04:00 PM

Advanced Disposal will begin driving new routes starting Monday, March 13, 2017. Currently, Advanced Disposal trucks pick up trash and recyclables on Monday’s only. However, starting March 13th, garbage trucks will be in Town Monday through Thursday picking up trash at different parts of the Town. Residents will receive notification from Advanced Disposal if their pick-up day is changing to either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. For those whose pick-up will remain Monday, no additional notice will be given.

Advanced Disposal will also be changing how often it picks up recyclables. Instead of every week, starting March 20th, crews will pick up every other week.
