Health Care of Batesburg-Leesville

Batesburg-Leesville offers a wide variety of health care facilities to its residents–one fully-staffed professional family practice groups; three private practice physicians; two pediatric centers; two optometrist and ophthalmologist practices; three dental clinics; and, four chiropractic practitioners. A Lexington County-sponsored Health Clinic and Mental Health Clinic also serve the community. Centrally located within the town is the Lexington Ambulance Service, which is staffed 24-hours a day for immediate response.

Pharmacy services are available from 4 different retail drug stores, one of which also features DME and in-home care equipment. A range of hospital affiliations among local physicians gives patients a choice of Lexington, Columbia, or Aiken hospitals.

Both residential and extended/assisted care for senior citizens is available from several certified and registered providers within the community.
