Lexington County Transportation Committee recently approved $50,000 for the repairs of approximately 1,400 feet of broken and damaged sidewalks along Summerland Avenue, Line Street, West Church Street, Saluda Avenue and Rabun Street in Batesburg-Leesville.

The Request for Bids packet has been posted to the Town of Batesburg -Leesville website in the Contact us second (https://www.batesburg-leesville.org/rfpsbid-opportunities) as well as the South Carolina Business Opportunities website (www.scbo.sc.gov).  Bids will be opened September 21st at 2:00 pm at the Batesburg-Leesville Town Hall at 120 West Church Street, Suite B.

Awarding of the project should be conducted at the October 9th council meeting.
