The Town of Batesburg-Leesville Municipal Court is part of the statewide unified court system. Municipal Court Judges fairly and justly adjudicate misdemeanor traffic, criminal, and city ordinances that are issued within the town limits of Batesburg-Leesville. The Municipal Clerk of Court oversees the daily operation of the Municipal Court.
