The second annual Spring Clean Batesburg-Leesville was March 19th and 160 volunteers from nine churches and several civic groups came out to collect 7,000 pounds of trash.  Several groups, primarily Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts, helped with service projects at the Wilson Street Depot Park with planting of flowers and bushes.  A big thank you to all volunteers and especially the following groups for their support:
