Personnel of the Batesburg-Leesville Police Department Detention Facility supports the mission of Batesburg-Leesville Police Department by safely securing and detaining persons who have been arrested by Police Officers of this agency. Following a booking process the detained person will attend a bond hearing, after which time he or she will either be released from the detention facility under their own recognizance or by bond, or he or she will be transported to a county detention facility to await trial.
